REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalised nature of monogramming, we do not offer returns or exchanges - all sales are final. Each SANCIA piece is thoroughly inspected and quality checked before shipping.

PLACEMENT

Our hand-painted monogram placement is limited to one location on each bag. You may enter up to two initials, which will be hand-embossed in uppercase letters only. Each letter is 9mm tall and hand-painted with gold enamel paint.

TIME-FRAMES
